Our lunch menus reflect seasonality and we aim to provide freshly prepared food of high quality, using locally sourced ingredients.
Clifton High School uses free-range eggs, and wherever possibly organic produce as well as fairtrade products. Fish is MSC Certified to encourage sustainable fishing practices.
Our aim is to encourage pupils to appreciate a balanced, varied diet and to provide them with the opportunity to sample a variety of foods that include, yet are not limited to:
- Main courses that are supplemented by daily alternative options of jacket potatoes, a pasta dish and a freshly prepared salad selection.
- Traditional desserts such as crumble, pie, milk-based pudding, flapjack or cake. Fresh seasonal fruit is always available as well as fruit salad and yoghurt.
- All special dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances are catered for.
Menus can be found in our weekly Parent Bulletin (Please note our menus are subject to change due to produce availability and deliveries).
