CALLING ALL CHALLENGERS!

Following the success of Clifton High School's 'team effort' in last year's Great Bristol Run 10k and Half Marathon, we are excited to announce that we will be participating again this year.

What are the details?

Hosted by AJ Bell, the Great Bristol Run is a perfect opportunity to connect with the community of Bristol whilst soaking up the city's sights by running either a 10k or Half Marathon. Local bands and DJs motivate the runners and entertain supporters throughout the courses - brightening the day for everyone involved.

  • Date: 11th May 2025
  • Location: Millenium Square, Bristol BS1 5DB
  • 10k Start Time: 8.30am
  • Half Marathon Start Time: 10.00am
  • Age Requirements: Aged 15 years +

THE ROUTE

The Great Bristol Run is an iconic race, taking in the very best of what the city has to offer.

Runners participating in the 10k route will start at Millenium Square in Bristol's city centre, running past the waterfront, crossing onto Spike Island, through Wapping Wharf, looping around Queen Square, crossing over into Redcliffe and around Castle Park, before crossing the finish line on Anchor Road.

Those running in the Half Marathon will also start at Millenium Square, past the waterfront before heading out along the Avon Gorge and under the Clifton Suspension Bridge before rejoining the 10k route on Spike Island.
