Pupils in Years 7, 8 and 10 enjoyed end of term visits on Tuesday as a reward for their efforts and hard work throughout the year. Pupils in Years 7 and 8 participated in a range of teambuilding activities and Year 10 spent an enjoyable day at Thorpe Park with fellow classmates before the summer holiday period.
Year 7 pupils visited Baltic Wharf where they completed a number of challenges and activities. Pupils had to use their communication skills as they explored the area in the Urban Orienteering Search and displayed tremendous teamwork whilst canoeing around the Cumberland Basin. It was superb to see how well the year group have bonded over the past year.
Year 8 travelled to Lydeard Farm and took part in an experiential learning programme. Pupils acted as true ambassadors for the School; animated, engaged, polite and enthusiastic they tackled every single activity with true Clifton High spirit. The teams competed in a dynamic and cheerful manner; building bridges physically and metaphorically and appreciating the physical challenges faced.
